- Care for relationships that recharge you.
- Move and go out into nature.
- Pay attention to a varied and balanced diet.
- Set realistic goals.
- Cultivate kindness toward others, but also toward yourself.
Find a technique that suits you and dedicate a few minutes a day to it.
Breathing Square:
- Take a deep breath for 4 counts, then hold your breath for 4 counts, then exhale slowly for 4 counts, and finally hold your breath again for 4 counts.
